Project Manager – Large‑Scale Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex $100 million construction project in Melbourne’s CBD. This role involves full ownership of delivery from award through to practical completion and handover, within a collaborative, low‑ego team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery end‑to‑end, from award through to practical completion and handover.
• Lead and coordinate project and site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to keep the build on programme and on budget.
• Manage the commercial and contractual aspects, including variations, claims, and reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, proactively resolving issues.
• Drive quality, safety, and compliance standards across the project from day one.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering complex, built‑form construction projects end‑to‑end.
• Experience managing projects valued at $50 M+ from award through to handover.
• Strong leadership across project and site teams with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and trades.
• Solid commercial and contract management skills; experience in D&C or ECI environments is highly regarded.
• Hands‑on, accountable approach with a genuine focus on quality and safety outcomes.
