Senior Project Manager – Industrial Developments

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of industrial developments across Melbourne, focusing on warehouses, logistics facilities, and data centre projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of industrial, warehousing and data centre projects, managing scope, programme, budget, risks and quality.
• Act as primary interface between client, consultants, contractors and authorities, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Oversee contract administration, variations, claims and cost reporting while driving value engineering.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Enforce high safety standards, promote a safety‑first culture and ensure compliance with Australian building codes and client standards.

Required profile

• Strong contractor‑side or client‑side experience in fast‑paced industrial and mission‑critical environments.
• Proven ability to deliver large‑scale, high‑value projects on time, within budget and to strict quality and safety standards.
