Senior Property Coordinator

About the role

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Senior Property Coordinator to join the Perth Property Team. This role provides administrative and onsite support for residential property management, ensuring compliance with WA legislation and delivering excellent tenant service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and onsite property management support across the portfolio.
• Maintain accurate tenant and property data in relevant systems.
• Prepare and issue Form 19 notices and other tenancy documentation in line with the Residential Tenancies Act.
• Develop and distribute quarterly tenant newsletters and other communications.
• Conduct compliance monitoring, record keeping and analyse tenant satisfaction surveys.
• Support continuous improvement of property management processes and standardise practices across locations.

Required profile

• At least 2 years’ experience in residential real estate/property management.
• Current and valid Western Australian Property Management Registration.
• Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and property management practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyse, manipulate and present data to support decision‑making.
