New Home Sales Consultant – Northern Suburbs

About the role

Join Sherridon Homes, part of the Mirrastone Group, as a New Home Sales Consultant for the Northern Suburbs. You will represent a fast‑growing residential builder, working directly with customers from first contact through to handing over the keys.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective customers across display homes, building relationships and understanding their needs.
• Qualify leads, convert enquiries into appointments and sales opportunities, and manage the full sales journey to contract.
• Present Sherridon Homes’ products, inclusions and value proposition confidently, assisting customers with pricing and options.
• Maintain high standards of display home presentation, open and close homes as required, and support new display village launches and sales events.
• Accurately complete sales administration and keep customer and sales data up to date in company systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience and success in New Homes Sales.
• Strong customer service, relationship‑building and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to generate opportunities, follow up leads and convert sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and accountable for results.

Required skills

• Understanding of residential construction and new home sales process.
• Ability to break down quotations and clearly communicate value.
