About the role
Join Henderson Advocacy as a Property Inspections Associate and become the trusted face for tenants and landlords during property inspections and viewings. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is required.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections with confidence and professionalism.
- Support the property management team with reporting, data entry, and client updates.
- Provide a smooth, friendly experience for clients and bring problem‑solving ideas to the team.
Required profile
- Confident communicator who can quickly build trust.
- Positive, resilient attitude with a willingness to receive and act on feedback.
- Strong hunger to build a career in property, not just a job.
Required skills
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
