Senior Project Manager – Class 2 Luxury Apartments & Mixed-Use Developments

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of Class 2 luxury residential apartment and mixed‑use developments for a highly regarded Tier 2 builder in Sydney. The role will oversee an active project in Darlinghurst and a pipeline of premium developments across the Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore and CBD.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of luxury Class 2 residential and mixed‑use projects.
• Manage project teams including site managers, contract administrators and subcontractors.
• Drive programme, cost control, quality and safety outcomes across all project stages.
• Oversee procurement strategy, construction methodology and delivery planning.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, authorities and subcontractors.
• Provide accurate reporting, forecasting and risk management.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, schedule and company quality standards.
• Support coordination from early works through to completion and handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within a Tier 2 builder or developer‑builder environment.
• Strong background delivering Class 2 residential apartments and/or mixed‑use developments.
• Experience managing projects valued between $30 M and $100 M+.
• Demonstrated leadership of site and project delivery teams.
• Excellent commercial acumen, programming and contract administration understanding.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑quality delivery environment.
