Senior Project Manager – Cards and Payments

About the role

Cuscal is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of integration activities that transition Indue’s clients, products and systems onto Cuscal’s acquiring platforms. This 14‑month fixed‑term role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, product and client teams, driving high‑impact outcomes in a fast‑paced payments environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver integration initiatives, overseeing migration of Indue’s client base and systems to Cuscal platforms.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment, transparency and successful delivery.
• Identify risks, dependencies and issues early, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Engage internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure a smooth transition experience.
• Drive governance, reporting and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure outcomes align with Cuscal’s strategic objectives and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale integration or transformation programmes.
• Background in payments, cards, acquiring or broader financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset focused on working as one team.
