Senior Product Designer

About the role

Uptick is building an operating system for safety teams in buildings, focusing on high‑stakes, complex admin workflows. As a Senior Product Designer you will redesign key back‑office processes to dramatically reduce manual effort.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign the task page to handle both simple and messy cases, aiming for near‑zero office time per task.
• Automate defect quote generation, enabling tasks to close automatically and moving decisions to the quote list.
• Collaborate directly with the Group Product Lead and product manager to overhaul major customer workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping real products, not just polished slide decks.
• Based in Melbourne and able to work onsite.
• World‑class design capability and a collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Strong product design expertise.
• Experience with workflow automation and UI/UX for complex enterprise tools.
