Senior Pharmacist Team Leader – Gawler

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Regional Lead Pharmacist to establish a new dispensary at Gawler Health Service. As a Senior Pharmacist Team Leader you will lead a dedicated pharmacy team, oversee clinical and dispensary operations, and ensure safe, high‑quality medication services for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Guide, mentor and develop pharmacy staff to build capability and performance.
• Act as the primary liaison for clinical teams, ensuring policies and procedures are consistently applied.
• Lead practice reviews, support performance development and drive continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver safe, cost‑effective care across the pharmacy service.
• Oversee day‑to‑day clinical and dispensary operations, maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Required profile

• Registered pharmacist with a Pharmacy degree and current AHPRA registration.
• Proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
• Ability to analyse data, solve complex clinical issues and improve service delivery outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
