Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead financial planning and analysis across its APAC portfolio, covering Singapore, South Korea, Australia and Japan. Based in Sydney, you will be at the centre of the company’s rapid growth in the region, shaping budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes for both PBSA and BTR assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end FP&A for all APAC markets and asset classes.
• Design, implement and embed best‑practice FP&A processes, tools and controls.
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities to streamline reporting and forecasting.
• Partner with heads of department and business unit leaders on budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and insights to support timely decision‑making.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end and annual planning cycles across multiple markets.
• Act as a trusted finance partner, translating complex data into practical business insight.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably across multiple countries.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of improving processes and driving automation.
