Senior Digital Business Analyst – Automation

About the role

HammondCare is seeking a Senior Digital Business Analyst (Automation) to lead the discovery, design and delivery of automation and AI solutions across clinical, operational and corporate functions. The role will shape the automation roadmap, work with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and translate opportunities into measurable initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess automation, AI and digital opportunities to simplify processes and improve outcomes.
• Analyse end‑to‑end workflows, map current and future states, and quantify productivity, quality and capacity gains.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, gather business requirements and create solution designs.
• Partner with the Automation Delivery Lead and technical teams to build backlogs, manage testing and ensure implementation readiness.
• Support change management, training and adoption, and measure realised benefits.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar business analysis role.
• Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to quantify manual processes and estimate automation impact.

Required skills

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Copilot Studio or similar AI‑powered workflow tools.
• Experience with low‑code automation platforms and generative AI capabilities.
