Salesforce Senior Developer

About the role

HammondCare is seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer to maximise the value of its Salesforce platform across a range of aged‑care and health services. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract based in St Leonards with hybrid working options.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to validate business requirements, design solutions and ensure security, scalability and platform limits.
• Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura components, Flows and other customisations, adhering to Salesforce best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, Mulesoft Composer and other integration tools.
• Work with DevOps and release management tools such as Gearset and GitHub, and participate in Agile ceremonies using Jira and ServiceNow.
• Provide peer reviews, documentation and test coverage for all custom development.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or equivalent.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I & II (Omnistudio certification preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and within a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Flows, Omnistudio).
• Integration tools: Mulesoft Composer, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Version control and CI/CD: GitHub, Gearset.
• Agile tools: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.
• Web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL.
