Salesforce Senior Solution Architect

About the role

HammondCare is seeking a Salesforce Senior Solution Architect to lead the architecture strategy and roadmap for its Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and delivering scalable, secure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the Salesforce platform architecture strategy, establishing design standards and governance.
• Lead end‑to‑end design of Salesforce solutions and integrations, ensuring high‑quality, maintainable outcomes.
• Manage and mentor a platform development team, providing technical leadership and coaching.
• Partner with product owners and agile teams to shape backlogs, guide sprint planning and allocate technical work.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, presenting designs and influencing decisions.

Required profile

• Commitment to HammondCare’s Christian mission and values.
• Salesforce Certified Solution Architect or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in a technical Salesforce role with leadership experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across senior leadership.
• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform expertise (Flow, Apex, Lightning, APIs, integrations).
• Architectural design and governance.
• Agile/Scrum methodology, Confluence and Jira.
