Senior Civil Designer – Defence Projects

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver drafting and design on large multidisciplinary civil engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery of design deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineers and drafters locally and internationally, maintaining rigorous standards and best practices.
• Mentor and lead junior team members within the drafting and design team.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in a consultancy environment delivering large civil infrastructure designs.
• Australian citizenship and eligibility for Defence security clearance.
• Associate Degree or Advanced Diploma in Engineering Design (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with 12D or Civil 3D software packages.
• Knowledge of utilities coordination, drainage, earthworks and roads design.
