Senior Auditor – Audit Senior Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced audit professional to join a top‑20 accounting firm in Sydney’s CBD. This senior audit position offers exposure to a diverse client base, including multinational groups, ASX‑listed companies, and not‑for‑profit organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end audit processes from planning to delivery.
• Collaborate with managers to design and execute audit engagements.
• Engage directly with clients to gather information and present findings.
• Assess internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Review and prepare financial statements in accordance with relevant standards.
• Work closely with partners on high‑impact audit projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of external audit experience.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Pursuing CA, CPA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and audit standards.
• Excellent organisational and client‑management abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
