About the role
The Senior Associate Sales Development Representative drives lead generation, qualification and provides comprehensive sales support while coordinating activities across internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own lead generation and qualification using CRM insights to improve conversion rates.
- Schedule events, identify sales opportunities and use dashboards to track performance and pipeline accuracy.
- Provide market and customer insights to sales teams and coordinate pricing, contracts and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, Finance, Legal and GTM Strategy & Operations to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in a SaaS or cloud technology sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads independently.
- Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM systems for sales insights and pipeline management.
- Proficiency with analytics dashboards to identify trends and opportunities.
