Senior Architect – Education & Research Project

About the role

Denton Corker Marshall is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the documentation and construction phases of a landmark education and research project in Sydney. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our Sydney studio while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and manage detailed construction documentation using Revit within a BIM environment.
• Oversee contract administration and site coordination throughout the construction phase.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent and project delivery.
• Contribute to the growth and strategic development of the Sydney studio.

Required profile

• Strong Revit capability and proven experience delivering projects in a BIM workflow.
• Demonstrated documentation and construction‑phase experience, including contract administration and site coordination.
• Experience working collaboratively with consultants, contractors and clients.
• Registration, or eligibility for registration, as an architect in Australia.
• Excellent technical judgement, attention to detail and practical understanding of project delivery.
