Senior Actuarial Consultant

About the role

Join Marsh's Risk Consulting Pacific team as a Senior Consultant in the Analytics Solutions team, based in Sydney. This hybrid position requires at least three days per week in the office and involves delivering actuarial and risk analytics solutions for general insurance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality general insurance actuarial and risk analytics work across client engagements.
• Collaborate directly with clients, brokers, and senior stakeholders to provide clear, practical insights.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore team members to ensure effective delivery.
• Mentor and, when needed, manage junior team members as the practice expands.

Required profile

• Relevant actuarial or broader insurance industry experience, preferably in general insurance.
• Experience in an insurer or consulting environment with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
