Senior Accountant – Remote (Australia)

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established accounting firm to find a Senior Accountant who can work remotely from anywhere in Australia or from their Richmond office. The role offers flexibility, career growth and the chance to serve a diverse portfolio of SME clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements for a range of entities.
• Compile and lodge tax returns in compliance with Australian legislation.
• Manage and develop client relationships, providing advisory support.
• Collaborate with a supportive team while working autonomously.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in Australian tax law and accounting standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.
• CA or CPA qualification (or currently completing).
• Proven experience preparing financial statements and tax returns.
• Strong knowledge of Australian taxation legislation.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Positive, proactive attitude.
