We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a leading public practice firm in Brisbane CBD. The role moves beyond traditional compliance work, focusing on advisory services for a blue‑chip client base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on tax optimisation, asset protection and business structuring.
• Collaborate with directors and managers to shape long‑term client strategies.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, influencing their decisions.
• Work closely with a dedicated compliance team that handles routine processing.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm.
• Strong technical accounting background with a desire to focus on advisory work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
• Full Australian working rights and currently based in Brisbane or willing to relocate.
