About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a forward‑thinking chartered accounting and advisory firm. The role offers hybrid working, a strong work‑life balance, and direct exposure to partners on high‑value advisory projects for SMEs, family groups and high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of business services clients.
Review financial statements, tax returns and compliance work.
Deliver tax planning and business advisory solutions.
Build trusted client relationships.
Mentor and review junior accountants.
Collaborate directly with partners on complex client matters.

Required profile

CA or CPA qualification.
Minimum 6 years of Australian public practice experience.
Strong background in tax and business services.
Proven experience in client management and review.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
