Senior Account Executive (Japanese Speaker)

About the role

Fever is looking for a senior account executive who speaks Japanese to drive growth of its Fever for Business unit. You will manage strategic and enterprise accounts, advise clients on live entertainment solutions, and generate new revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own relationships with enterprise and strategic prospects and clients in your territory.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Create pipeline and manage deal cycles using MEDDIC‑style sales methodologies.
• Drive new logo growth and land‑and‑expand motions for top‑tier customers.
• Identify, map and multi‑thread key stakeholders and craft creative outreach strategies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Partners and Operations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, media, entertainment or similar.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills with senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial self‑starter comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Japanese and English.

Required skills

• Experience with MEDDIC or SPIN sales methodologies (preferred).
