Seasonal Sales Assistant – Retail (Forster)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic seasonal Sales Assistants to join our Forster store for the busy summer period. The role runs from October 2023 to mid‑February 2024 and involves delivering exceptional customer service while promoting our premium footwear range.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers and help them find the right shoes.
• Achieve store sales and KPI targets as part of a team.
• Process large volumes of stock, including receiving and organising inventory.
• Pick, pack and dispatch click‑and‑collect orders.
• Maintain store appearance through housekeeping, visual merchandising and cleaning duties.
• Uphold a positive “can‑do” attitude at all times.

Required profile

• Full availability from October 2023 to mid‑February 2024, including weekends, late nights and key retail periods (Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve/Day).
• Previous retail experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong commitment to delivering an unforgettable shopping experience.
• Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, energetic team environment.
• Self‑motivated with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
