Sales Team Administrator

About the role

A Queensland school uniform supplier, working with schools across the state to deliver custom uniform solutions, is hiring a permanent Sales Team Administrator in Slacks Creek. The role supports the sales team and works closely with the Account Managers, acting as the go-to person for the business. Full-time or part-time hours are offered, with three weeks off during the Christmas school holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for the Account Management team and make sure Account Managers are fully prepared for them.
• Provide general administrative support and coordinate information between team members and stakeholders.
• Follow up internally to obtain the information or materials needed.
• Prepare and send customer quotes and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inbound customer emails and calls, monitor shared inboxes and prioritise tasks.
• Monitor the sales team's calendars so they stay organised.

Required profile

• Organised, proactive and able to prioritise in a high-volume, pressured environment.
• Comfortable liaising at all levels and confident in following up on information.
• Strong attention to detail and able to keep everyone on track with tasks and deadlines.
