Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will deliver a first‑class sales experience to GPs and pharmacists across North Tasmania. You will develop and execute territory plans, promote value‑add services and ensure accurate reporting in the Salesforce CRM system.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate a first‑class sales experience to both GP and pharmacist customers.
• Develop and monitor territory, key customer and competitor performance.
• Leverage KOLs to educate customers as agreed with the brand team.
• Promote value‑add services that improve patient care quality.
• Maintain high level of industry, business and portfolio knowledge.
• Own territory issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Complete administration tasks and capture in‑field activity in Salesforce CRM.
• Share best practices and contribute positively to team culture.
• Achieve or exceed KPIs in line with sales and marketing strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a GP Sales Representative.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business or Science (or equivalent).
• Strong track record of sales success.
• Experience in hybrid sales environment (virtual and face‑to‑face) preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Eligibility to work in Australia (citizen or appropriate visa).
