About the role
As a Branch Manager in ANZ's Australia Branch Network, you will lead the overall operation of a branch, driving sales, service excellence and compliance. You will enhance the customer experience and deliver growth across quality sales activity, revenue, productivity and profit.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations, ensuring compliance with ANZ policies and procedures.
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue, productivity and profit targets.
- Maintain service excellence and continuously improve the customer experience.
- Lead and develop branch staff, fostering a high‑performing team culture.
Required profile
- Business development and sales planning experience, preferably in financial services.
- Leadership and people‑management experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and business management background.
- Previous retail banking experience.
Required skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal networking abilities.
- Digital proficiency with a focus on building strong customer engagement digitally.
