Sales Manager – Technology Solutions

About the role

VITEC is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to grow its sales pipeline across Australia. This home‑based position in Melbourne involves frequent travel to support customers, partners and business meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across sectors such as corporate, education, government, hospitality and healthcare.
• Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation and closing.
• Develop and manage relationships with AV, IT and convergence‑focused channel partners.
• Deliver partner enablement activities including product demos, sales training and technical workshops.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consultants on solution design, presentations and proof‑of‑concepts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development within AV, IPTV, IP video, video streaming or digital signage.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing accounts.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with channel partners, consultants, specifiers and end users.
• Self‑motivated, organised and capable of working with minimal supervision.
