Sales & Leasing Executive (Commercial Real Estate)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Leasing Executive to join RWC Southwest’s commercial real‑estate team in the Greater Brisbane Area. You will be responsible for generating new sales and leasing opportunities across industrial, commercial and retail assets, while delivering a high level of client service.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, cold‑call and network with owners, tenants and investors to secure sales and leasing deals.
• Conduct property inspections, prepare marketing materials and coordinate campaign activities.
• Negotiate lease and sale terms, draft heads of agreement and liaise with legal and property‑management teams.
• Monitor market trends, produce market reports and pricing recommendations.
• Maintain accurate listings, documentation and CRM records.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn and ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines.
• Proven sales and business‑development experience, including lead generation and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to attend on‑site inspections and client meetings in Brisbane.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using digital marketing tools.
• Competence in standard office software such as Microsoft Office.
