Sales Executive – Beverage Brands (Bendigo, VIC)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to grow our portfolio of leading beer and ready‑to‑drink brands across the Greater Bendigo region, including Castlemaine and Daylesford. You will work directly with on‑ and off‑premise customers, driving brand visibility and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans, in‑store merchandising and promotional activities.
• Visit customer venues regularly to understand needs and provide tailored support.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent and compelling brand execution.
• Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report on performance against targets.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building mindset with a focus on customer and consumer satisfaction.
• Proven sales success in FMCG, retail, hospitality or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude and willingness to seek out new business opportunities.
• Full, clean driver’s licence and ability to work permanently in Australia.
