National Account Manager – Key Independents

About the role

The National Account Manager for National Key Independents will be responsible for the performance of Moët Hennessy’s full brand portfolio across nominated independent specialist accounts. The role drives sales, revenue, and brand equity while ensuring selective distribution and strong market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Implement agreed brand strategies and sales actions across the independent specialist channel.
• Manage pricing, distribution, trade stock levels, merchandising, and promotions to achieve volume, revenue, NSI, profit, and brand‑share targets.
• Negotiate national and regional contracts with wholesalers and independent “Super” Specialists.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities, broaden distribution, and improve promotional effectiveness.
• Accelerate adoption of digital technologies and e‑commerce touchpoints to enhance competitive advantage.
• Maintain accurate sales management information systems and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in national account management within the luxury or beverage sector.
• Strong ability to negotiate contracts and influence independent specialist partners.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales, revenue, and brand‑share objectives.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on craftsmanship, elegance, and integrity.
