Sales Executive – B2B Inside Sales

About the role

This position is based in Perth, O'Connor and focuses on driving growth for a global leader in robotics. You will engage inbound enquiries, proactively contact customers and match inspection solutions to real‑world challenges. The role offers hands‑on exposure to cutting‑edge technology and a collaborative office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage inbound enquiries and proactively contact new and existing customers.
• Ask targeted questions to understand customer needs, timelines and constraints.
• Identify opportunities for rental, hire or purchase solutions and follow up quotes with clear next steps.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Sales Representatives and branch teams.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product and industry training and attend occasional customer meetings or trade events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of phone‑based sales experience.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
• Exposure to technical, industrial or engineering environments (preferred).
• Dynamic, curious thinker with a genuine interest in a sales career.
• Coachable, resilient, target‑driven and strong organisational habits.
• Positive, team‑first mindset and a Diploma or higher qualification.
