Sales Development Representative (SDR) – SaaS

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Australian SaaS company as a Sales Development Representative. You will focus on outbound prospecting to generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executives and help accelerate the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with the sales leadership team to refine targeting strategies.

Required profile

• Motivated, ambitious and eager to build a career in SaaS sales.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Resilient and confident when handling objections.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, coachable and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Proven ability in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
