Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager – Sydney

About the role

As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager you will own some of Askable’s most complex and valuable client relationships in Australia. Based in Sydney, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive adoption, optimise usage and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute strategies to increase account usage, delivering product demonstrations and custom solutions for enterprise clients.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face meetings in Sydney, Melbourne and at industry events, monitoring performance and guiding customers toward high‑impact research.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Product, Sales) to ensure seamless project delivery and insight impact.

Required profile

• 4+ years in a relationship‑focused, customer‑facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management or Strategic Account Management.
• Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts (e.g., $250k+ ARR) and managing long renewal cycles with multi‑threaded stakeholder maps.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply product features.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack, Hubspot and Google Workspace.
