Sales Development Representative

About the role

Airlock Digital is looking for its first Sales Development Representative to partner directly with the Senior Manager, Global Sales Development. You will help build the outbound engine from the ground up, shaping messaging, outreach strategy, and pipeline generation.

Key responsibilities

• Generate high‑quality pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, events).
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager to design and refine outbound strategy, messaging, and sequences.
• Act as a player‑coach, setting standards for future SDR hires.
• Become a product and cybersecurity domain expert to engage enterprise and mid‑market buyers.
• Identify and break into target accounts aligned to ICP and regional GTM strategy.
• Work with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and lead‑generation tactics.
• Provide real‑time market feedback to improve positioning and conversion.
• Maintain clean pipeline hygiene and CRM discipline.

Required profile

• Proven SDR experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Track record of exceeding outbound pipeline targets.
• Experience with complex, multi‑threaded sales motions (mid‑market + enterprise).
• Highly self‑motivated, scrappy, and comfortable in zero‑to‑one environments.
• Strong business acumen and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with high activity levels and iterative testing.
