About the role
Join MMEM’s Business Management Graduate Program and dive straight into the world of business management. You’ll rotate through key areas such as logistics, sales and customer service, gaining hands‑on experience from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Rotate across different business functions – customer service, sales, warehouse management and more – to develop a 360° view of the business.
- Work alongside industry leaders who will mentor you throughout the program.
- Participate in commercial decision‑making and understand how a successful branch operates.
Required profile
- Recent or soon‑to‑be university graduate with a bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driver’s licence (P‑plates accepted if you can legally drive unaccompanied).
- Full working rights in Australia; sponsorship is not available.
- Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
