Sales Development Representative

About the role

Brandwatch is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join its Sales Development team in Melbourne. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, researching and engaging accounts to build a robust sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads using Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Cognism, Gong and other platforms.
• Conduct an average of 100 outbound activities daily to schedule platform walk‑throughs and initiate the sales process.
• Maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and coordinate with Account Executives for next steps.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry news and the social media landscape.

Required profile

• Background in sales, business development or recruitment, preferably with SaaS experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Motivated, goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a quota‑driven environment.
• Team player who embraces coaching and self‑awareness.
