Sales Development Representative – Financial Software

About the role

Huzzle is looking for a senior Sales Development Representative to generate pipeline and book qualified meetings with senior finance decision‑makers across the APAC market. The role is fully remote, focuses on outbound prospecting, and supports the consulting and advisory team.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50–80 outbound calls daily targeting CFOs, Finance Directors, Heads of Finance and VP Finance executives.
• Qualify leads using the Magic35 framework and book high‑quality discovery meetings for senior consultants and sales leaders.
• Generate new pipeline through calls, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement and follow‑up activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to optimise lead‑generation campaigns.
• Support lead generation around industry conferences and finance‑focused events in the APAC region.
• Consistently meet monthly meeting‑booking and pipeline‑generation targets while building strong relationships with prospects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales, SDR, business development or lead‑generation experience.
• Proven track record selling to senior finance executives such as CFOs and Finance Directors.
• Strong outbound prospecting experience with high‑volume calling.
• Excellent communication, objection‑handling and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must have experience selling into the Australian market.
