Sales Consultant – Luxury Furniture

About the role

Join Nick Scali’s dynamic showroom team as a Sales Consultant, helping customers transform their homes with premium furniture. You will blend instinct, empathy, and commercial insight to build trust and deliver a world‑class buying experience while striving to exceed personal sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide emotionally aware, high‑quality customer service that drives loyalty and repeat business.
• Use storytelling techniques to help clients visualise their ideal living spaces.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, closing deals confidently and consistently.
• Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely processing of all orders.
• Work closely with the Showroom Manager to uphold presentation and merchandising standards.

Required profile

• A natural “hunter” with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience in consultative, solution‑based selling.
• Proven success closing high‑value sales in sectors such as furniture, jewellery, automotive or luxury goods.
• Energetic, self‑motivated, adaptable during busy periods, and organised with a collaborative, growth‑mindset.
