Sales Advisor – Casual Retail Role

About the role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M you will be the front‑line of the store, welcoming customers and helping them find the right fashion pieces. You will work in a collaborative team environment and contribute to the store’s overall success.

Key responsibilities

• Share fashion and product knowledge to guide customers in their purchase decisions.
• Maintain an organized, well‑stocked sales floor and back‑of‑house area.
• Support opening and closing procedures and ensure the store presents a welcoming atmosphere.
• Represent the brand positively in every customer interaction.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or a similar field.
• Passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional in‑store experience.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
• Flexible, action‑oriented and eager to learn.
