About the role

Join the Platypus Shoes team in Rosny Park as a Sales Assistant. You will work on the shop floor, helping customers find the perfect footwear while supporting store management in achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Assist the Management team with daily operations and sales initiatives.
• Maintain store presentation, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards.
• Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Contribute to achieving and exceeding weekly sales targets.

• Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, energetic team environment.
• Self‑motivated with a willingness to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Full availability for late‑night trade and weekends.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or similar customer‑facing roles.
