About the role
Ennismore, part of AccorCorpo, is looking for a Regional Director of Sales to lead B2B sales across its Pacific portfolio of five hotels, with two more openings planned for 2027. Reporting to the VP of Sales, APAC, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution and requires extensive travel throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Pacific‑wide B2B sales strategy to grow revenue, increase market share and improve performance across rooms and meetings & events.
- Monitor account performance, segment production and market trends, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
- Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to sustain long‑term growth.
- Drive performance across corporate, luxury leisure, entertainment, MICE, government and travel‑agency segments, leveraging an established client network.
- Lead go‑to‑market and ramp‑up plans for new hotel openings and market‑penetration initiatives.
- Act as the primary commercial liaison between Ennismore and Accor NSO teams, ensuring alignment on account ownership and regional priorities.
- Coach hotel sales leaders, share best practices and ensure consistent execution of regional strategies.
- Represent Ennismore at trade shows, sales missions, industry events and client engagements to strengthen brand presence.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a regional, multi‑property sales leadership role within lifestyle, luxury or premium hospitality.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth across corporate, MICE, luxury leisure and strategic accounts.
- Deep knowledge of the Pacific hospitality landscape and an established network of key corporate accounts, TMCs and agencies.
- Strong commercial acumen, data literacy and the ability to translate performance metrics into clear strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building skills across hotel teams, owner groups and key clients.
- Collaborative, influential leader able to align multiple brands and properties without direct operational authority.
