Retail Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Project Manager to lead the delivery of new store builds, refurbishments and occasional live‑site projects across Sydney and NSW. Reporting to the Head of Construction, you will work closely with franchisees, consultants and contractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of a rolling pipeline of retail construction projects.
• Coordinate with franchisees, architects, engineers and contractors to obtain approvals and resolve issues.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control and value‑engineering opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S standards, reporting requirements and local planning regulations.
• Maintain project documentation, including development applications (DAs) and design changes.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of project delivery experience in retail, construction, development or consultancy.
• Tertiary qualification in construction or a related field is highly regarded.
• Proven ability to work in live operating environments without direct people‑management responsibilities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
