Rental Sales Agent / Customer Service & Sales Representative

About the role

Join Avis Budget Group at Melbourne Airport to assist customers at the rental counters. This full‑time, permanent position involves helping guests choose the right car rental options and completing bookings efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to customers to identify their car rental needs and recommend suitable add‑ons and services.
• Explain rental procedures and guidelines clearly.
• Process rental bookings accurately and promptly.
• Answer customer questions and handle inquiries.

Required profile

• Full, valid driver’s licence.
• Right to work in Australia (no student visa holders).
• Availability for a rotational roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while delivering exceptional service.

Required skills

• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales (preferred).
• Comfort with learning and using various computer systems for rental information entry.
