About the role

Join Avis Budget Group at the Perth Airport location as a Rental Sales Agent and Customer Service Representative. You will work on the front‑line counters, helping customers with their car rental needs while delivering exceptional service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer car‑rental requirements by actively listening and asking relevant questions.
• Explain Avis Budget Group’s add‑ons and services to match customer needs.
• Communicate rental procedures and guidelines clearly and professionally.
• Process rental bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide timely support.

Required profile

• Full and valid driver’s licence.
• Right to work in Australia (no student visa holders).
• Willingness to work a rotational roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales is highly regarded.
