Rental Coordinator

About the role

Join Crown Equipment as a Rental Coordinator and support the efficient operation of our rental business. You will work closely with customers and internal teams across Sales, Service and Transport to coordinate equipment movements, manage rental agreements and deliver outstanding service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate rental enquiries, customer requests and stakeholder communication.
• Manage equipment allocations, agreements, deliveries, collections and off‑hires.
• Maintain fleet records, equipment availability, utilisation and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate transport, workshop repairs and equipment movements to meet operational needs.
• Process rental adjustments, credits, invoicing and related documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration, service coordination or customer service.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High attention to detail and problem‑solving capability.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word.
