Warehouse Assistant

About the role

The Warehouse Assistant will coordinate stock movements between the State warehouse, National Warehouse, local clinics, agents and customers for Air Liquide Healthcare Australia. The role ensures accurate record‑keeping, timely deliveries and compliance with safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the Direct Manager and National Warehouse team to monitor stock levels, shortages and movement requirements.
• Organise and manage end‑to‑end stock movements, update the ERP system and create delivery runs.
• Perform QA of oxygen and CPAP equipment, handle rental equipment back‑orders and ensure accurate delivery/return records.
• Conduct regular stock‑take activities and maintain asset control systems.

Required profile

• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, warehouse or a related field.
• Strong safety focus and ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Willingness to obtain a forklift licence (support provided).
• Ability to manage competing demands and see tasks through to completion.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (or willingness to be trained).
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data entry.
• Computer literacy: spreadsheets, document software and Gmail.
