Remote Cruise Consultant – Outbound Sales

About the role

Join Holland America Line as a Remote Cruise Consultant, driving outbound sales to turn enquiries into confirmed cruise bookings. You will use a consultative approach to understand guests' travel preferences and guide them toward premium cruise experiences while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to convert leads into cruise bookings.
• Manage and follow up on leads, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Recommend suitable cruise itineraries and upsell relevant packages.
• Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Achieve sales and conversion targets consistently.
• Accurately record bookings and customer information in internal systems.

Required profile

• 2+ years of outbound sales experience in a contact‑centre, travel, or cruise sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through phone outreach.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised, able to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.
• Detail‑oriented with a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using booking or CRM systems.
