Relationship Manager - DSI Agribusiness

About the role

The Relationship Manager – DSI Agribusiness will manage and grow a portfolio of specialist‑industry customers, driving portfolio growth through acquisition, cross‑selling and referrals. You will act in the best interest of customers, applying a customer‑centric approach while collaborating with internal product partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customers' business and financial needs.
• Provide appropriate solutions and collaborate with product partners to design, structure and execute deals.
• Build and maintain strong external networks, focusing on conflict‑of‑interest management and origination.
• Structure deals together with relevant product and specialist teams.
• Manage a portfolio of specialist customers and coach an Assistant Manager direct report.

Required profile

• Current and ongoing understanding of industry trends, drivers, market competition and credit approval factors.
• Proven relationship‑management skills to build, maintain and influence mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Business‑development experience partnering with individuals or organisations to pursue strategic initiatives.
• Portfolio‑management capability to prioritize and balance change initiatives with business‑as‑usual.
• Customer‑solutioning ability to understand needs and recommend relevant products or services.
