About the role

As a Registered Nurse at Arcare you will deliver high‑quality, person‑centred nursing care to aged‑care residents, supporting positive health outcomes while upholding the organisation’s values and clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments, monitor vital signs and manage medications.
• Assess, treat and manage wounds, preventing infection.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using eCase and document changes.
• Identify and address pain using appropriate strategies.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide palliative/end‑of‑life support.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration (essential).
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
• Adaptable, passionate, eager to learn and work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
