Registered Nurse – Community Health (Incentives Offered)

About the role

Join the Tamworth Community Health Service as a Registered Nurse delivering care in patients' homes and local clinics. You will manage a diverse caseload on a rotating roster, providing expert nursing across a range of community health needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide complex wound care, catheter care and medication management.
• Deliver palliative support and comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Coordinate clinical referrals and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Consultants and Specialists.
• Maintain best‑practice standards while working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Unrestricted NSW driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• Recent experience in complex wound care, catheter management and medication administration.
• Confidence and sensitivity in providing palliative care support.
• Strong time‑management, decision‑making and patient‑centred care approach.

• Salary $81,748.17 – $114,771.98 per annum + 12% super + salary packaging.
